   The grain cars wheels don't spin and I can't use trains with grain cars because its basically just got all the brakes on. I've tried releasing hand brakes etc and nothing works. Not even restarting the game.

   If it is that 4400c loco it could be you have to go into the engineers main scree and press 1, then f3, then f6
