PlayStation Stuck In Title Screen Ps4

Every time I start the game today I can’t get past the title screen on PS4 standard.

I've noticed that when the "Press any button to continue" prompt appears on the title screen it's often sluggish to respond, but I've never gotten stuck on the title screen.

Best thing I find is just to mash all the different buttons on the title screen, eventually the game will register an input and you'll be good to go.

I'm also on a standard PS4.

 

Can report the same. All ok yesterday, on starting up today stuck on PRESS ANY BUTTON to start. Haven't made any custom scenarios or liveries. On standard PS4

 

I have to do that on PS4 Pro.
