None of the above. More service layers with rolling stock from other routes. More services in general. Combined/merged routes (p.ex. RSN+RRO, kinda longer routes, but not really).
Nice poll In priority order for me: Raildriver support, dynamic weather (ideally with a real world weather tick box, and passenger information screens like on Bakerloo Line. Thanks
They said the same thing three years ago and haven't kept their promise so hopefully this time they keep their word
Have dtg said multiplayer is coming this time? Is it on the roadmap? Otherwise it’s just a hope under their new avoid-over-promisingly system I think.
It's not on the list but I'd like busier routes with more AI traffic, and getting stuck behind slow trains. Stock parked up at depots and wagons in rail yards.
Matt said in a official train simulator video that came out three years ago but was removed that multiplayer was coming and the fact that it's almost been 4 years and nothing is just ridiculous
They said a lot of things. Give them another chance. They're really trying, it seems. But I wouldn't bet on multiplayer. Also, I don't think it's a good idea, or better, I don't think there's a good way to implement it that's interesting and worth it. Or it just ends in chaos, see ATS/ETS. Only with trains going around trolls is much harder. And they'd need completely new server infrastructure. I don't see that. Real private servers are probably also not possible due to the consoles...
I meant anything recently. The community have tended to hear a lot of things as a promise. “It’s coming” isn’t a promise, it’s an intention. Either way though, now anything on the roadmap is close to a promise, anything else is, at best, a hope. I’m nothing to do with DTG, I just get frustrated by constant calls of “But you promised!”, like Matt P is sitting in his evil lair going, “Bwahahaha...”.
As Matt says anything is possible although I do agree that dtg would have to mail multiplayer otherwise it would be a complete mess
An idea that I think should be implemented on train sim world 2 is simplicity of gameplay i don't mean everything be simple but the tutorials because not everyone is super good at train driving. Make the gameplay easy and more fun.
And how about you are driving a train but also a way of knowing how well you stopped the locomotive in the station like giving you points for precision its all about time and how well you stopped.
