Wondering how many of you would love to see an Exmouth to Paignton route via Exeter St David's and the Dawlish sea wall ?

The Riviera Line? I'd love it. It was one of my favourite routes in Train Simulator. And even though it's another UK route, the Riviera Line looks pretty different from the usual UK stuff.

I have suggested this route many a time and it’s very scenic and relaxing. And hopefully when steam rolls around the Dartmouth Steam Railway from Paignton to Kingswear would again be a lovely and scenic addition that I would happily pay for.

I would love to see this. Could be added either as an expansion to the Great Western route or could be part of a scenic routes dlc. Short picturesque routes like this and others like St Ives branchline, that would be good.
If they put class 142 pacers and class 156’s on them as well would make it even better!

Also nice, route. A bit complicated cause it includes a lot of water ehm rendering. But nice suggestion. Btw i dont think 156 specifically run here? But could be a lot of fun with the Pacers...

Doesn't GWR now run HST Castle sets along it?

GWR does run the shorter 4 car class 43 units along here despite the longer 7/8 car units being done by the class 800s.
Class 156s and their newer versions also run out from Exeter through Dawlish and onwards.

Would be nice to see. I would say that some freight should be added too. Would the journey down to Plymouth be liable too? It would just slightly make a change, but you still get to see the Dawlish front.

    Exmouth - Exeter - Newton Abbot - Paignton > 40 miles
Newton Abbot - Plymouth > additional 30 miles

Hmmm. Not too bad. Only two stations. And not too much overly scenery wise either. Could be a possibility if they ever did it?

Would give us Plymouth Laira too. Not to mention another service terminus.

Oh yes very well added. I completely forgot about Laira. Would mean that Class 08s can be used as well.

there might not be as many running these days but I’m pretty sure they do, or the current equivalent at least especially down here in Cornwall. But they have run them in the area.
Not sure why you felt it necessary to pick that out though.

Because it's false information. GWR hasn't ever had 156. But instead 150,153,158 and that's it. Now they only have 150,158. That's why I am taking that out because i hate it bringing false information to public. But I think you may have just got mixed up? So I'm good that it's corrected. If you're not sure then leave it out.
