-Hello, I'm new here. I've been playing the game for awhile now on an off but recently just got back into it and I just purchased the Rapid Transit pack. I'm playing on Xbox and when I go to the Rapid Transit route there is no "Journeys" selection to choose. Only Last Played, Training, Scenarios and Timetables are there to select. All my other DLC for the routes have the options for Journeys. There is currently no way for me to select or play the Journeys for Rapid Transit. I'm hoping there is someone who knows how to fix this here. Thank you for reading this. -H.Falcon
Yeah something I hated about the Rapid transit & the northeast corridor is there isn't any Journey's for it I think that's because those routes were out dated
Yep. No bug, because there is no journey. Maybe it will come with preserved collection for tsw2, but I doubt it.
So wait... are you SERIOUS? I just paid full price for a Route Pack (Not just a Train Pack but a Route pack) and there is no Journeys? Even though in the game it shows that there are 0/64 Services available? How can there be no Journeys? How would we complete those 64 Services?
You can finish those services with the timetable mode. Because it's one of the oldest parts of TSW it came without journey. They added this function later in the game for newer dlc and didn't bring this feature to older routes (unfortunately).
--Well that is a major let down. Thank you for a quick reply though and for the answer. I am really enjoying this game and was poking around at which content to buy. Since most of them will be appearing to cross over to the new game it was made easier to decide to purchase more content that wont be left behind. Speaking of being left behind any idea at all as to why that Amtrak Pack one is the only one that wont be coming to the new game? Did they ever say why? Also are there any other DLC Routes that don't have Journeys so I can know for future purchases? Thanks again for taking the time to help me and answer my thread/question.
Journeys are only a different way of accessing the scenarios and timetable services, so you’re not missing out on any actual content, just the selected choice of services with different weather put together for a round-up of what’s on offer. All those services and scenarios are there and can be selected individually outside of the journey mode. In TSW2020 they are accessed via the menu items Scenarios and Timetable and in TSW2 they are under the Explore menu.
