Does anybody know if there any services on Sand Patch Grade where just one loco hauls freight over the summit, rather than a double unit?
Stujoy.... I believe it will be impossible to go over the pass with just one locomotive. I mean, you could only do it with very few freight cars! But considering we do not have a "Consist Editor" program or something like this, in order to create our own trains, you can not even try that.
Yes, I was hoping for a shorter train with just one loco to see how the dynamic brakes performed to further test a bug I’ve reported about them not working correctly, just in case the problem was something to do with them being a MU double. A consist editor would be very helpful to test these things and to make more varied trains for general use as well.
