i have the LIRR but on TSW2 it wont let me install it i have to pay i reinstall TSW2020 with the LIRR to see if it would fix it but it didn't
What country do you live in it's fixed in the US & the UK. I mean I was able to download LIRR & the M3.(I also live in the US)
You should only be seeing a price if you have the Game Pass version or didn't buy it. If you bought TSW, before it was rebranded to TSW2020, you need to get the TSW2020 bundle purchased, which includes LIRR.
