Livery Designer Wagons Not Appearing

My livery designer wagons don’t appear I did some tanker and hopper cars from scenario designer and they don’t appear on regular time table mode

 

They unfortunately dont appear in regular timetable mode but they do in scenario creator

 

Also you can find them roaming in the scenario's (The scenario's not the scenario creater)

 

Is it a glitch at the moment???
