Both the 146.2 and the DBpbfza tutorials have big bugs that prevent completion. The 146.2 has been documented by someone else recently, but the DBpbfza has a bug where it tells you to move throttle to at least 20%, but never progresses past that. Do you even test the tutorials?
That's a rhetorical question, isn't it? I mean, it's obvious that they don't test the preserved content, not in the least.

I’ve got the trophy for MSB Training on preserved collection. Had no problem with the cab car. I had to fiddle with the pantograph/MCB in the 146 though.
@matjamca We have a lot of experience with TSW2020, but someone with less experience will inadvertently do something at the wrong time or in the wrong sequence, and this leads to a variety of crazy effects.
