When driving a service with the class 47 on timetable mode, with the DSD activated, it works fine. However, when I have finished the service and continue to "free roam", when the DSD alarm sounds, it will not cancel without having to isolate the system on the back wall of the cab (the B button will not work and the alarm continues to sound). I have also noticed that the 47 appears very underpowered, with hardly any acceleration on gradients. Is this normal? The 47 on Trans Pennines seems to have more power. I hope these issues are resolved before being released on TSW2.
There was a significant power problem with both Class 47 variants on console versions of TSW. After a very long wait and a campaign of complaints on the forum the NTP version was finally fixed but the WSR one remained underpowered. I think that should have also been fixed and it ought to be fixed when bringing it to TSW2. Whether it will be is debatable.
