Thank you ! They don't have Talent 2's in real life but have a technically similar train named the Z50000. I based myself on the livery of these trains but added my own impressions of how a IDFM Talent 2 would've looked like. It took me the whole afternoon. Especially the blue front, that was very time consuming.
I really like this Overground DB BR423 ! The only thing is that I would've filled the small white gap under the headlights with orange but that's just my own taste, but it still does look really awesome, great job !
Indeed but I tried to copy from the aventra I did the same thing with the Talent 2. The same with the Talent 2 with the IDFM livery I didn’t follow the front shape while putting the blue layers I just did like the NAT ( Z50000 )
I use a little 2nd layer (a shape) just over the barrier (with the same colour, obviously). So, in this case the red stripe is under my 2nd layer. Or again, in some case you can use the Projection tool to cover/uncover a portion of shape. Both the "technics" are the key. The work above its pretty simple but I used the same about 140 layers.
Has anybody created any Kansas City Southern liveries? Would love to see a white, gray, or Southern Belle SD40-2 or GP38-2. The AC4400CW from Sand Patch is an almost perfect match for KCS's AC44's.
https://www.trainsimcommunity.com/tsw2-mods/tsw2-reskins/tsw2-reskin-na/tsw2-reskin-na-loco if you're on PC, here you can get a KCS AC44
I guess someone was faster with the BE livery, I was planning on doing this weekend as I've seen it in person this year.
The files used to work a lot better, something on the website is making them lose the suffix. To fix this on your side just change the name in the following way. You have the class name, add a semicolon, something behind it and .tswliv. Worked fine for me.
So I took a shot at my own recreation (borrowing your pretty nice BEG logo ) and attempted to make the locomotive a bit more accurate to the pictures I've made and posted above. Maybe the loco just went through some repaint when I saw it, but the colours were a bit brighter. I also changed the colour of the railings and made the lights black with yellow stripes like in the photos. A couple of writings on the sides and it seemed to turn out pretty good. Thank you zawal.belili for creating the basis for this version 2.
Hi Monder. I'm glad my base was able to help you. For the color, yes it depends a lot on the photo that was taken, on mine it was a bit darker and I didn't have all the numbers at the bottom of the frame either. I really like your version. Hope you share it soon so I can have it too !!
...a BR363 version of the "Pressnitztalbahn", more precisely 363 028-0. It's been a while since I last posted a livery, but in TSW 2 you can also drive trains.
I spent longer on this than I care to admit and I'm still not overly happy with it but I thought I would post it anyway lol.
Thanks! The logo was a bit tricky and puzzling, but turned out quite well. By the way your livery is also very nice and detailed.
My interpretation of the Class 345 of the Elizabeth Line with the BR 423 as a model, I tried to be the more accurate based on the pictures. You can see it waiting at Reading heading to London Padington ( one day we’ll get it as a new route why not ):
Little tip: make the black part follow the windows, you can make it as 2 seperate heights like on the DB livery or as one thicker part like on the Abellio livery
Oooh very nice ! Much better than mine even though mine isn't complete in many ways (no orange line, no TfL Rail logo). Circling the doors with a black frame was an excellent idea you had !
Just started today, after about 2 hours, mostly of study... and I already know that the B and S will not be a joke. Update: after the 1st day of work. Still at about 25%. Update: Day 2, we got the B, about 20~30 shapes x character (work in progress at 30%)
...two other BR363 liveries: the first one is from STEG, a private railway company from Austria and the second one is a never realized version, but authentic version for the former DR from East Germany. Because I like the light green/white and the orange color with the striking shunting marks. STEG version DR version
289 layers.... I can't port the logo to the front of the locomotive (and to the rear). Also If I delete some details (barriers, etc) I can't rescue 100+ layers to working on frontal (and rear) side. So, this is my incomplete BNSF Update: this is the fiinal version, i used only 2 logo, 1 on front and 1 on the left side. (the other side is without BNSF logo).
