Hi I know people that would like to see the mml and I also think its a great idea.

The mml goes from London st Pancras to Sheffield via the east Midlands. This route could have 3 parts for a full route 1 being st Pancras to Bedford 2 being bedford to Derby and 3 being derby to Sheffield.

This route should be set in 2019/2020

If you did London st Pancras to Bedford the trains should be,
    Emr intercity
    Class 222
    Class 43
    Thameslink
    Class 700 or/and a class 319

If you did Bedford to Derby
    Emr intercity
    Class 222
    Class 43
    Emr Regional
    Class 156
    Class 158
    And possibly a class 170

And if you did Derby to Sheffield
    Emr class 222,43
    Crosscountry class 221

Personally I think you will only do London st Pancras to Bedford possibly including the line up to corby aswell
    So the services
Are emr services are from the other side of the station from southeastern High-speed

From st Pancras emr runs services to Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby, corby and once a day a service to Leeds.

Thameslink run services to Bedford and soon to corby.

    EMR class 222

    EMR class 43

The midland mainline has been covered im many train simulators but the robin hood line (Nottingham to worksop) has never been seen in a simulator so I'd prefer to see that

It would be cool if they did the east Midlands Nottingham and Derby to London via Leicester Bedford

I appreciate I will be in a minority but it's an 'age thing' - I would love to see not only the MML route through to Manchester via Derby, Matlock, Monsaldale and Buxton (i.e. the Peak Rail line) in the same vein as the Weardale ans Stainmore routes, but also the use of period steam e.g. jubilee expresses that I used to watch tearing round the bend at Wellingborough. Quite a challenge I agree ...
Also I presume the whole joined route (St. Pancras to Sheffield) would require too much memory for the 'average' computer to handle?

I think it's more to do with time making the route over memory. TSW loads up each tile/section of track/scenery at a time, so once you pass tile 1 (for example) tile 2 is loaded in and tile 3 is ready to load up next and so on..

I sincerely hope we'll see a full length route on TSW2 one day, that's my main wish, whether it be a full route all at once or a route split into 3 dlc's which can be stitched together.

Manchester to Derby set in the early 60's would be awesome, the Peak district scenery could look great in TSW.

I wouldn't mind this route even set in the modern period, I suspect you wouldn't get more than St. Pancras to Bedford, that is all the TS1 version had.

Personally I would prefer it with a Peak and a rattly class 127!

Just Trains has done a great job on the MML, They initially released the Sheffield - Derby section followed by the Derwent Valley line and then the Derby - Nottingham - Leicester extension with the Class 222. I hope Just Trains will eventually create routes and locos for TSW2, they do a great job.

Yes they do look good, I haven't got round to purchasing them yet. But, even they have done them in segments and seeing as DTG aren't appearing to do route extensions at the moment I imagine you would only get a slice and may be waiting a long time for more.

I hope JT get into TSW and the other suppliers, especially the steam engine suppliers when the time is right.

The more 3rd parties we can get on board with TSW2 the better for us.

To be honest we will probably only get London st Pancras to Bedford but still this is good

London to st Pancras would be good for commuter traffic but it’ll be too short for a run in a class 222 or class 43 in my opinion. Also would like to drive an updated class 43 in TSW 2 and speed down the mainline in a 222! Heck! They should split the route in 3 parts, so we can get more mileage!

From st Pancras to Bedford its 34 mins with stopping once but if its st Pancras to Leicester its 1hr 8 mins and st Pancras to Derby is 1hr 20

AP have told me that they do not intend on joining the fray as of now.

If they made the route go from st Pancras to Derby and Nottingham, then I’m all game.

Who wouldn't, that's more than two thirds of the whole route.
