What are some new features that should be implemented in TSW to take advantage of the Dualsense Controller?

Also, do you think Dovetail will take advantage of the new 3D audio?

Nothing, because the game is made for PS4 and xbox. And neither have a Duelsense Controller

The Backwards Compat PS5 version can still get exclusive PS5 updates. DTG could still do something with the controller.

Vibration on the PS4 controller isn't functional on TSW2 so I think there isn't using the Duelsense thing.

Maybe when they release a PS5 version of TSW2 then these things and the things on your other threads may happen. DTG don’t have the staff to be making lots of different versions for different machines, so there will be a PC version and one version for each console family. They may add the quality settings from PC into the current versions to get better graphics performance on better machines but that’s as far as they are likely to go until they make the jump to the new consoles, at which point the current versions will have no more DLC made for them.

If you want to know what I think will(is) happen(ing). TSW3 for PS5 and the new xbox thing will release next August. PS4 development will end. All DLC will transfer seamlessly because this year is just a transition year until it happens, and TSW2 and DLC is being made specifically for the new consoles anyway but with temporary limits applied for the current consoles. It’s not been going well but not a disaster either because PS5 users will be happy with the performance increase now and PC players will see no change. Old console players will continue to have a frustrating year and then be put out of their misery next June when the above is announced. Pure speculation of course but I think August 2022 would be too late for the transition to PS5, and the game is currently struggling on PS4, so August 2021 seems more likely for the big swap.
