I need this so I can drive Class 77 on Woodhead Line. DT MK1 FC Carmine Cream. What is that? Not sure if it shall be here or on bugreport?
DT = Digital Traction (The developer), MK1 = the carriage type, FC = (not sure tbh but might still be part of the carriage type), Carmine Cream = Colour/style of carriages. Have you read the manual that was supplied with Woodhead? It's in *Your Drive Letter*:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Manuals\EN Having just looked quickly at my Woodhead route are you sure you don't mean Class 76? also there is a Mk1FK in either BR Chocolate or BR Crimson. I think you need to give a little more detail as in Scenario names and is it a stock (supplied with route) or third party (steam workshop) scenario?
Scenario:Arc Under The Pennies Loco:Class 77 BR Black I get error/missing message: DT MK1 FC Carmine Cream. Scenario:Sheffield Express Loco:Class 77 Electric Blue I get error/missing message: DT MK1 BCK Blue. And it is both on The Woodhead Line
Sounds like you need additional re-skin packs neither of them are with the standard route. I'm not at my PC now I'm on my tablet, hopefully someone who knows the route and it's associated scenarios will be able to advise you on what you need. I'll be honest even though I own the route I've not actually played it, so all I could do was look in the assets folder for you.

Check your "Manage DLC" window... see if you can see the Railworks Mk1 Pack in there... and whether it is switched on or not.
Where is "Manage DLC" window? I can open the station but there are no locos and no wagons at all on Arc Under The Pennies and Sheffield Express Made a screenshot but I do not know where it is located in the computer so I can show you only see the station but nothing else. This is standard scenario From Coast To Coast and that is working but Arc Under The Pennies and Sheffield Express even on standard that I wrote are not working either because I am missing the wagons and checked marketplace and they are not there either.
trainsimplayer2020 Do you mean FO Carmine Mk1 Coaches? - I checked both scenarios in TS_Tools and I could not see a FC Carmine Coach? With the DT MK1 BCK Blue Mk1's, they both seem DEFAULT to The Woodhead Line and should not be missing. If the FC variants are missing then the TSO, CK, BFK, variants could also be missing. Usually yo can tell with early DLC if they are default if they have both career and standard scenarios. The reason that "From Coast to Coast" works is that is is using the rsc/Woodhead Mk1 CRIMSON coaches. Are you running them as Standard or Career Scenarios? I ran both scenarios as Standard - no error message You may have a faulty install you could uninstall and reinstall the WH line thus: Log into your STEAM ACCOUNT Choose LIBRARY HighLight Train Simulator Scroll down the page and on the right you should see Manage my XXX DLC - click on that. Search the list for Woodhead (not Blue) - untick Scroll to the bottom of that page and press save/OK. Allow steam time to do its thing. It should show a downloading message or similar at the bottom of the screen I would close Steam even consider a reboot. Repeat the above this time TICK the WH route, etc.
Did what you said but did no help. Even restarted the computer. I get the message I am missing on Arc Under The Pennies: DT MK1 FO Carmine Cream DT MK1 TSO Carmine Cream DT MK1 CK Carmine Cream Sheffield Express: DT MK1 BCK BLUE DT MK1 TSO BLUE Both on 32-bits and 64-bits and both on Standard and Career scenarios. Arc Under The Pennies and Sheffield Express are only on Career scenarios. So it has to be something with the coaches/wagons. And it is not the first time I get that messages. Have reinstalled the game/computer several times and it is always the same.
Right.... I'm slightly confused now. Are you saying you do not have the Woodhead Line installed? If you do not have the Woodhead Line installed, then how are you expecting to run Scenarios on the Woodhead Line? Of course you need the Woodhead pack and you MUST already have it as you've provided screenshots of the Woodhead line, so you must already have the Woodhead Line installed, so why do you think you need to install it again? Your screenshot also shows the class 77 and the coaches you need. Arc Under The Pennines and Sheffield Express are NOT scenarios that comes with the Woodhead Line. They are scenarios that comes with the Class 76/77 add-on pack, and the coaches you require come with that pack also. So you need to check they are correctly installed. You MUST have this pack if you have the scenarios listed, and you appear to have a class 77... so yeah... you have Both the Woodhead Line and the 76/77 add-on pack... you MUST have. The only scenarios that come with The Woodhead Line are: In the Bleak Midwinter I've Never Known a Night Like It Run for Your Wath The Hadfield Flyer The North Country Continental To Lincoln Central Up the Junction plus a few Free Roams Check your DLC... Open Steam, select Train Sim from your library - don't run it... just select it... then scroll down and look at the right hand side. You'll see" DLC". Click on Manage my xxx DLC (xxx being the total number you have). It will open a window with all your DLC. Look for.... ...and re-install by UNCHECKING them... press OK... Quit Steam... then go back in and CHECK them again, and press OK. This will remove then and re-install them so if there's a problem with the files, this should rectify it. [edit] I just saw above that you have done this... so I'm baffled. The problem MUST be with the "Railworks Mk1 Coaches" DLC, as you have the class 77 pack those coaches come with.
I'm slightly confused as the FC coach you say is missing appears to be the one behind the loco in the picture?
...and he clearly has the 77.. and that pack comes with the Railworks Mk1 Coach Pack... which contains the coach he's trying to use.
PH Apologies, the scenarios do come with the Class 76/77 but these scenarios are calling for the Digital Traction Mk1 Coaches, Carmine & Cream not the RSC version. These RSC MK1 coach pack do not appear to be available anymore and my version dates from 2012. So they pre-date the Class 76/77 from RSC. IMO the two scenarios were "default" scenarios for the route in that they did not require any extra DLC, and only worked on The Woodhead Line, and where from RSC. Plus if the OP had these two scenarios showing in his/her menu then he/she must have the correct DLC installed - that's how TS works So where did these DT coaches come from? Mine were installed in 2014 but that could be a date update - they are possibly earlier. For these two scenarios to work the OP must have in his/her Assets Folder the following DT Mk1 coach install: P749 - What FC coach should that be FO?
Those coaches are the digital traction Mk1 coaches and they come with the Class 77. I would suggest unticking and reticking the Class 77 from your DLC to reacquire everything as it would appear somehow that the Mk1 carriages have been manually removed.
Here you can see what I have. Was thinking if I buy directly from Dovetail page if it will appear there? Have unticket and ticket it several times but to no use.
Looks like this here on Arc Under The Pennies. As you can see there are nothing more than the station.
I know... which is what I've been saying. Even there was as you say an earlier version that used the DT coaching stock... it STILL woudl have all been supplied as one package required as all DTG content is. .
Where did you get the scenario, or route from? Was it from Steam? What is that screenshot of? What folder are those three folders contained within? That screenshot of Sheffield Victoria has assets missing... the gantries from the OHLE are missing.. so I reckon this is part of your problem... you have stuff missing, simple as that. If you have one thing missing... you could easily have others. At this point (if you have no railworks back up of a last known working TS - as most never do despite being told its a really great idea) I'd be verifying my game files on Steam.
pH, I was not sure if it was incorrectly labelled as a FC for First Corridor instead of FK. But FO for First Open seems logical Peter
The missing gantry could simply be a level of detail setting. trainsimplayer2020, have you modified your installation? Your screen shots show some very non-standard tinting and graphical effects. Why is the sun rising under the station canopy? Any reason you used a camera to photograph your screen, rather than using the screenshot facility? Please confirm you have the Class 77 pack.
Ok, I've just been able to replicate the problem and how to solve it. The missing gantries are just a level of detail matter. Put object density up to max and they appear. The missing stock is in "Railworks Mk1 Coaches" DLC, which is supplied as a separate DLC pack with the Class 76&77 pack. Make sure it is enabled in Manage my DLC in steam. I did that and everything now works ok.
I said that 36 hours ago.. complete with screen grabs. It has to be this... if not, and no assets are missing, then I'm totally out of ideas without getting my hands on his computer. I'd still try verifying the game files.
I try to avoid verifying the game files and I would remove the item in the Steam Client and reload it from there. A file verify looks everywhere and can affect repaints whereas the problem is with one route Peter
I have not modified anything in the game. I am not even using any worksshops as the only cause me problems. I have everything for Woodhead Line including the Class 76/77 DLC
The pictures is made with a kamera because I do not know where the print pictures end up in and I can't do it in the game. Also I took the pictures so you could see the station is completely empty.
Verify your game files. It may work.. it may not... but you've tried everything else everyone can think of, and I guarantee you, if you raise a ticket with DTG, guess what they'll ask you to do eventually? You guessed it.

DLC manager. Do you have these two items? If not, that's your problem. You need them both to run the scenarios you are trying to run. You said you had, and that you have already uninstalled, and re-installed them using the DLC manager. We're going around in circles here No, they came with the 77 pack.. see above.
I have the Class76/77 DLC but not the railworks mk1coaches DLC How do I get it? Just verified the game and it was missing 5297 files and it installed 110 mb but still not working. And I am thankful for all the help solving this problem
But did you repeat "verify the game files" until states that "0" files needed to be reacquired? It can take one or two passes to completely verify the game files.
It comes with the 76 and 77 pack... it's part of it, if you have the 76 and 77 pack, you should have the coach pack as well. Verify your game files again as Peter suggests and it should appear sooner or later. If not, contact DTG because it DEFINITELY comes with that 76 and 77 pack. I've never bought it as a separate item. It appeared when I bought the 76 and 77 pack... definitely.
trainsimplayer2020, when you bought the Class 76/77 pack you will have also got an additional DLC pack called Railworks Mk1 Coaches. If this has not been selected by you for installation then Steam will think you don't want it installing and verifying your files will not work. You must go to Steam, select TS2020 in your library then scroll down until you see on the right a section called DLC. This has a link labelled Manage my XXX DLC. Click this and then scroll through the list of your DLC until you find Railworks Mk1 Coaches. Tick it for installation and then select OK. Steam will install it.
If you don't know how to do screenshots how did you manage to enter some in the screenshot competition? There's something strange going on here.

Now done everything you have told me but to no use. I give up to ever make these 2 scenarios working. Third time verifying there were nothing to download. So now I have uninstalled the whole game and then restarted the computer and then I will defrag the disk and after will install the game again and see it that helps. Only problem is that it is more than 300 GB to download/install.
That will achieve nothing. Contact DTG. If you can prove you bought the "BR Class 76 and 77 Loco Add On", which is easy enough, as it's in your Steam Library, then they will be able to give you a new game code for "Railworks Mk1 Coaches DLC" because it should have come with it, and you should be able to download it again.
Defrag will achieve much as you will have all the files for trainsimulator gathered together instead of have them spread out over the whole disc.
With regards to your problem, it will do nothing: Defragging won't replace missing files. If you have a SSD it will literally also do nothing. It only works with mechanical hard drives.
One way around this... and yes, I appreciate that you shouldn't have to, is to re-buy the assets as they're on sale right now on the DTG Fall Sale for £2.39. You've got until tomorrow afternoon then it's back up to £5.99
