If you watch the Train Simulator version on YouTube by PTG Rail it looks simple enough. You just have to obey the in cab signalling when under TVM-430. VACMA is like SIFA/AWS. Not too sure about the other as that wasn’t covered much. With TVM-430, there are markers along the track approximately every 1.5km which act like signals. You just have to slow down/stop by the time you approach the next marker and you seem to be given plenty of notice. The Southeastern High Speed BR Class 395 uses TVM-430 signalling too.
PZB is pretty easy once you get the hang of it, I'm sure the TGV's safety systems should be easy enough as well. After Schnellfahrstrecke Koeln-Aachen came out there was an entire 90 minute video talking about how to use PZB and LZB so I'm sure they'll do the same thing with the TGV.
4 safety systems for the TGV sounds fun. Wonder how many times I’ll get emergency brake penalty within the first few weeks of playing it....
