Can't Move The London Underground

Hey guys! I've got a problem with the London Undergroud. Indeed, I started a normal route and all went well but at one moment I had this :

Since that, I can't move or do anything...

 

Let me know if you guys have got a solution for that ^^

 

I know this sounds silly, but is the cab window open?

 

Well I saw that it might be because of that but I closed the window and it still haven’t changed at all
