In Real Life, where does the ICE run on HRR? What tracks? Between where? Also, what other routes in TSW should the ICE run on?
NOTE = These are just ICE lines, the ICE 3 doesn't run on all of them. Also, I pulled all this from Wikipedia according to the DB timetable. HRR, most services from Essen to Duisburg, but some reach Bochum: RRO, services stopping at Hagen and Wuppertal: Also, ICE trains run on a portion of the Rapid Transit route, but the TSW route has no LZB functionality and Leipzig Hbf must be modeled then, so I don’t see this happening. Overall dovetail could definitely add ICE services to RRO and HRR, that would be amazing!!
Fun fact, on HRR in scenario planner there is actually a dedicated Ice line implemented. After you select your starting point, the game asks you which service you want to play before you can chose your stops and end point. I don't know which platform you have to chose, but try some out, there is a specific ICE line in there! (which also makes me hope that we might get a timetable upgrade at some point in the future with ice services)

Don't know if there's an ICE line in the scenario planner for RRO, but you would follow the RE/freight tracks.
