PlayStation Ska Talent 2 Not Appearing On Scenario Planner

For some reason since the last update I can't select the Köln Aachen Talent 2, whether Off The Rails is on or not. The Rapid Transit Talent 2 however can be selected. Please fix it, the Talent 2 is one of the trains I use the most when creating scenarios since I made many liveries on it.

 

I've also had this issue among others, I am unable to select my Custom Liveries while in the Scenario Planner.
