There isn't anywhere realistic for a GW Pacer or Sprinter at the moment, it would need a route based further west, a class 800 would be nice. Personally a class 165 would make the local services more realistic rather than every service being a class 166, there aren't in reality enough class 166's to run all the services. NTP is the wrong period for a Nova train, there isn't even AWS on the route. Maybe at some point a more modern iteration of the route will be produced. A Vauxhall Nova would be just about suitable for the parks though!
Class 180 for GWE also to add a few more services. The branch lines coming off between Paddington and Reading (both freight and passenger) are a must to fully complete this section of the route which has been neglected for far too long.
