the cement hopper and the shunting loco (I can't remember what it's called) are the only livery-designer compatible German freight items
Canada yes, alberta or saskatchewan no though. But you can make the same thing as someone else, it's fun seeing the same thing painted by different people honestly. We have a healthy group here, we should pick an item and all do versions of it. It may be fun.
Still working on trying to make the weathering look decent with the very limited tools but it's coming along not too bad.
Got an idea inspired by a local railroad since I have NS hoppers let's do what they did get rid of the markings that it was NS and cover it with black duck tape ( I'm being sarcastic )
I've repainted the BR 423 as an IC. You can download it here. Of course PC only. You need the TSW2 Livery Manager to install it. What do you think?
hey cool. a couple days ago I saw 8952 (which is a SD70ACe GT heritage unit) thinking of making it as a DASH 8
The way they should have been, in the old TEE/IC livery: (This is the beta; I haven't added any of the numbers or niggly details) (But update below)
Well for the livery contest winners...I would say congrats but actually no I'm not going to do that because I'm still fuming over the winner. Want me to show you my spring design so you can copy it and flood the contest at the last second? Runners up congrats I liked your items. Winner, not one chance you're getting any respect from me. Wow just wow. I'm done venting sorry everyone else for the drama.
Yes; trying to merge a 1960s design aesthetic with a train from half a century later is interesting. (I would like to use the old TEE letterface, and I may yet, but each letter would have to be done from scratch and I may not have enough layers to do it). Note to DTG: give the Livery Editor more than one font!
If you guys want me to stop posting the Blocky-train stuff I will it's just I didn't know where else to post it
