Guard Mode

    It would be a cool feature to be able to play as a guard. You could close the doors and signal the driver that it is safe to move, just a little addition to passenger mode.

    Yes this feature would be wonderful and is greatly needed, for example all uk loco hauled services have a guard and so does the class 101 & 166

    I agree! There's more to it too: brake tests in yards or stations in the compartment, checking or maybe selling tickets (could have little indicators alike to when loading coal, with the boxes ticking and disappearing when checked?) and also how about a new bind for a guard's whistle in this case? How you'd program that I'm unsure but it seems very possible and when you see the inside of the 101 or Mk1 BG on NTP you can see they have this option open as you can operate the buzzer, air, and vac valves and the handbrake. I'm sure there are more opportunities for this mode on routes abroad too of course.

    But this is a train simulator. Not a guard simulator.

    And lots of uk trains have guards
    And in the days of British rail ever passenger train had a guard

    Nobody is ever going to make guard simulator lol. I'm sure it's very easy to implement in TSW.
