Valenta Hst

There’s nothing that beats a BR Blue or Swallow liveried HST with that amazing turbo scream.

I am sure I am not alone in requesting this?

The prototype HST still has the valenta in it so no excuse for not recording the sounds !!! Haha

 

Hopefully this will come with the BR Blue Pack.

 

That would require the NRM to restart it - looks like it may be going back to a static exhibit - 125 Group are planning to re-engine one of their power cars with a preserved Valenta but that is a long term project and won't be ready for a while.

 

Armstrong Powerhouse got the sounds with their HST enhancement for TS

 

Yes I was thinking that AP could sell their base sound recordings to DTG. (or better still get them on board to do the physics and sounds for TSW2). Wouldn’t that be amazing?

 

I doubt it, would be lovely but HSTs only made an appearance in 1979ish. It says 70s.... somehow I don’t think we’ll be lucky enough to get a valenta in that pack
