    so i initially bought TSW on xbox one and then TSW2020. i also bought some addons for TSW2020. now i have a PC and want to buy TSW2 for PC. will my previously bought content cross over to pc even though it was bought for xbox

    No content bought for the console will stay with the console. For the PC you would be starting from scratch.
