Everytime i want to drive the S-Bahn on RRO or SKA the 422 gets replaced by the HRR one instead of the RRO one Here are some examples: (I used a repaint on the RRO one so you dont get confused) The first car is the HRR 422 and the rest of the cars are the RRO 422 The Destination of the HRR 422 is S1 to Essen, but the RRO 422 doesn't have it so says Nicht Einsteigen This is the Destination of the RRO 422 (yes i changed it for the rro one) And the HRR 422 one
Some funny way, to get around this problem: Don't start the service out of the menu, instead "spawn walking" and take over the service in the station. The train will then be the correct one (or at least it did for me ).
This is some strange stuff, with the recent update the BR442 on SKA was broken - but only for player services going from Köln to Aachen, all others (including AI in said direction) are fine. Seeing that the BR422 seems to suffer from the same tragedy (that is there for much longer and not getting fixed) is sad :/
Hagen is the correct destination for the S8. What I don't understand is why the in-game S9 only runs as far as the Wuppertal suburbs, when the real one also goes to Hagen.
At the time RRO was built the S9 did end in Wuppertal. The extension of S9 to Hagen came later in real life
What this really showcases is the fact the game desperately needs a way to keep trains and routes separate from each other. Rather than getting different versions of the same train with different routes you should just get given the same one, ideally upgraded, possibly with a new livery (that only people who buy the new route would get) and with more destinations for the new route as this way the people who don't buy the new route still end up with an upgrade. It would also mean you don't end up with what is currently happening with the 422 whereby only people who have the Rhein-Ruhr Osten version of it can use it as S-Bahn on Koln-Aachen.
