Mike Simpson has updated some minor fixes for TS Tools: http://www.agenetools.com/downloads.html
    Has some bug fixes.
Fixes the 'List Route names and folders' on Editor screen, now scrolls properly and allows export to a spreadsheet as .csv or .xls format.
Also fixes the 'Check Route' area where the options to 'Substitute existing scenery items' and 'Remove selected scenery items' had stopped working.
AP Content Editor rewritten as it now uses the Get ScenarioProperties.xml option.
Fixed 'Check Route' to also include Lofts/Roads/Track which were missed in previous.
New option in Check Route to only check Assets in basic route, not those in scenarios.
The option to change start time in scenarios has been changed, change the time in the box on screen changes time of all consists, or each consist can be changed from the pop up data box. However some have found this not all that accurate.
Fixed Error 62 in Index RouteProperties.xml

Do we know whether the ability to look at and possibly edit the timetable will ever work in Ts-Tools, or is this impossible without potentially breaking a scenario? I tried Ts-Tools first because the in-game editor is a mess of unlabeled boxes to find my way around. I eventually found the in-game timetable and made an edit to a goal that was badly timed in one scenario, then for some reason my game added two minutes to my actual arrival time and made me late because of it. LOL

TS Tools/RW Tools has never had the option to edit a Timetable because it is not in a *.bin or.xml format
It needs to be done in game as error messages are generated when something does not work correctly

So "No" is the general answer to that. Good to know.

Timetable changes in scenarios in TS Tools are very basic and are universal.
You can change the start time of your player train and can apply that to all other consists (whatever that means) in the scenario.
On many occasions if I dl a WS scenario that is at night and it is pitch black - I change that to run in the daytime and it usually works pretty well.
I would post your query on Mike Simpson's dedicated forum on UKTS - he may have some better insights!
