    Not to be rude or anything but did you try the tutorial. I think it explains everything you need to do quit well.

    Yes, I recommend running through the tutorial for the 395 as it gives you a step by step tutorial on how to power change, and by doing it in the tutorial you get the markers on the buttons you need to press, which is a lot better than us trying to describe each button in this text forum.

    CTRL -> DC (St.P -> Fav)
    1. Press and hold the red DC button (it has a black plastic cover) located in the lower left panel until it's lit up (~5s)
    2. Press the yellow Pan Up / Shoes Down button located in the same button cluster
    DC -> CTRL (Fav -> St.P)
    1. Press and hold the red CTRL button located in the lower left panel until it's lit up (~5s)
    2. Press the yellow Pan Up / Shoes Down button located in the same button cluster TWICE
    If the power change has been done correctly the LINE VOLT light on the left is on and the MCB OPEN light is off

    does the reverser position during the power change matter? like if it is in neutral or forward :)

    As long as the reverser isn't set to OFF, it should work.
