It seems to be the bigger the route the quality of the route decreases as seen in London to Favasham. Then again due to the development time frame set.

In comparison say East coastway, London underground which is shorter, is I think is alot more compelling to look at. I would even say Paddington to reading looks better aswell.

If DTG released ECW a 26(?) mile route compared to SEHS a 51 mile route with the same amount of development time going into each one then yes it would make sense that the quality of the shorter route would be higher but you also have to look at unique assets and systems put in place for the route. They can do a 25 mile very detailed route or a 50 mile route with not as much detail. As a big part of the community have in the past have always asked for longer routes I’m sure it’s a hard for DTG to find the right balance, but as tools to create routes become more simplified and efficient we should see an increase to quality to match whether it’s a short or long route. Personally, I love to see DTG when they add new elements for us to learn. Really happy to see SEHS contain to types of power and having to learn the procedure to switch them over is a great element in this route.
