Hi everyone, yesterday I bought the new English route, Southerneaster Sneak Peek, on PS4. I don't know if it's my problem but I don't see the Rainbow livery of the Class 395, I'll explain to you, I thought I could have decided on the timetable but no. Thanks in advance to those who will help me
The trainbow livery is only assigned to 1 loco (395012). It is completely random as to which number you will get on timetable mode. There is no way to manually select trainbow.

You will occasionally be assigned the train with the rainbow livery, you cannot choose it, it is random.
On another sort of unrelated note, Does the HVAC and roof AC units actually work on the Class 395? I turned it on and the fans don't seem to work. I noticed the details that DTG put onto the roof of the Class 395 with HVAC units. However so far I can't find anyway to turn those fans on. I know it's a small detail but I like the detail to turn on/off the HVAC and air units. I love to hear the AC units actually working. This is a detail that many have requested to see more of. The AC units controls and see them actually make noise and move when turned on. Anyone have any suggestions? or I missed something.
I don’t know but I think on a train where you can’t hear the traction motors once the train reaches speed, the sound of working AC units is far from most people’s minds. They might take up valuable sound channels. I’ve not known anything like turning on heating or AC to affect the external sound of a train in TSW before, so they probably aren’t modelled. Actually, it is quite a bit off topic. This thread is about being able to choose a specific livery rather than the sounds or functionality of the 395. Possibly would be a question for its own thread. I’m also a bit perplexed why you quoted my reply about the livery before asking about HVAC and AC. I’ve answered anyway.
