I get where your coming from with the 1938 stock, its a nice peice of tube stock but not something I would pay for as already have the isle of Wight.

the crash used to happen about 2 miles away on the Xbox one but on the series it seems to be a bit closer to Cologne HBf, not sure on issues with PlayStation though

the service that keeps crashing for me is ICE 406 from Aachen to Koln at 1945ish, all the other ones I managed to complete before the issue came around

The BR 112 isn't just a 143 reskin, it is capable of 160 instead of 120 km/h, has a different front and so on....
But i also think that the same dostos everywhere is quite boring, i hope they'll do other variations like the high floor dostos or gen 3.
And the 182 will have LZB, so there is an improvement to the current one.

I’ll try it in the next days (maybe even this evening) and tell you if this problem also occurs then

More than Happy with this road map.

I'm pretty happy about the 1938 Stock Tube if it means a full length train in the correct livery. I like driving the 483 but I'm very bored of IOW. So I don't mind paying for it if it comes with some more scenarios.

Also looking forward to the Scottish Route, looks quite nice.

For sure Arosa is the one I'm most excited about. Though the Class 465 will be next purchases, unless something German sneaks through first.

I'm extremely disappointed at the SKA crashes being removed from the Roadmap. I'm *still* unable to do any Koln bound services, and it appears that DTG simply don't care about this.

Just one question to ya all: Are there any news about the normal services for Munich-Augsburg?
    On the Playstation and X-Box?

not as far as anything official, my guess is it will be in a form of DTG’s work on memory usage (one of the core issues being addressed on roadmap)

If it’s set 2019 or later the 314 wouldn’t make much sense as many of them had been scrapped by then. The four EMUs that run there today are the 318, the 320, the 380 and the 385, so if its set in the current day it would have to come from that selection. Don’t forget the potential loco DLC as well further on that could mean we might end up with all of the trains for the route eventually. It could also take a completely different turn and be set in the past with 303s :D

No it will not be set in the past. It is a modern day route if you look at the code of the route. I mean if the 314s won't come at least you'll get the 318s. They look the similar to the 314s

From a North American viewpoint, I guess I'm OK with this Roadmap, lots of attention to LIRR, Clinchfield getting closer, Raildriver enhancements etc. But nothing in the planning section to get excited about. Yet another modern electric UK emu route. I get the impression that there are no longer any freight lines or loco-hauled services in the UK, which is a shame but there it is. All in all not bad, although I still feel that TSW2 has a distinct European bias, in contrast to TS20XX, which has always been pretty even steven.

I agree that this game has a slight European bias. The lack of North American passenger routes is quite annoying but it is what it is

We don’t have many loco hauled passenger services at all. The only TOCs that run a regular service with locos now are Chiltern and TPE with their class 68s. There is a decent amount of freight in the UK but I reckon DTG have only managed to get the license for DB meaning nowhere near as much freight can be depicted. Also there will be a European bias, as 2 of the 3 main countries are in Europe

Losing settings between sessions has been removed? WHAT? Am I the only one experiencing this? Can DTG not reproduce it? It happens to me EVERY time I load up the game. I have to reset my screen resolution. It's seriously annoying. Probably by number one issue. I'm definitely NOT happy about this decision. If you can't reproduce it, give me a call. I'll show you!

I believe the only regular loco-hauled services are the TPE and Chiltern 68s, the TfW 67s, HSTs and I would say the 91s but that's currently not the case, hopefully back in the summer though. There were of course the GA 90s until last year, and Grand Centrals now shelved plans involving 90s as well.

Other than that, the only others I can think of are the Caledonian Sleeper with its 73s and 92s and the Night Riviera which uses 57s.

Can't say if I've experienced it or not, but I'd do a screen recording reproducing the issue and attach it to a thread on the forums

It's not that easy, as German routes are all R7. The only unique loco of this era, that isn't a TRAXX or a Siemens would be the Voith Maxima (BR 263/264), as far as I know, and DB don't operates these locos. So, for Germany there must be at first a R5/6 route, so we can have some pre-TRAXX-era locos

    It's a joke ... pin 18 is a spare pin on a 27 pin MU connector.

I really have a problem with the length restrictions in the scenario planner. When making a scenario for Peninsula Corridor you can’t use the default train formations because they’re too long if you have them stop at all stations. The services in service mode can run just fine, why not ones in the scenario planner.

The 27 pin cables is something that is used in connecting multiple units together. As far as the pin 18 thing, I have no clue.

    Hmm...

    Hmmmmm.....

There is only one new loco addon and one new route add on in this roadmap, when the first roadmap came out DTG spilled the beans with tons of upcoming dlc, which are all mostly released. This means, DTG (and other third parties) could be working on about 3 other routes and 5 other loco add ons, they just haven’t said anything. I believe DTG said that in the next few roadmaps they’ll announce more upcoming dlc, probably as we get the 465, clinchfield, and the GWE 1970’s pack out on the market, which leaves room for those dlc. So hopefully...

For those wondering about what the standard 1938 tube stock is for, it’s probably the first dlc for the Bakerloo line, but idk for sure.

So according to the stream they can't reproduce the SKA crashes. Sadly I can reproduce this every single time I go towards Koln.

DTG - Work with your user base for crying out sake. There's a number of us with this crash, and it's more than disappointing that you're just leaving us with a faulty product. There's a difference between dodgy sounds and a crash like this.

I recreated the crash on both Xbox one and Xbox series x both happened in different places though (the series x being closer to Köln HBf than the Xbox one)

always Aachen to Köln/ Köln to Aachen I have no issues

I have all the dlc installed that works with that route as layers

It somehow comes to my mind that they can't reproduce it as it seems that of the Dev team only Matt is playing on console sometimes... and considering the profile level not very often.

It surely is not reproducable on PC...

More laziness from DTG. A 314 with something else like a 380 would have been fine but just reusing the 313 is a bit disappointing

Yeah, I've not heard any issues with this crash on PC.

If they can't reproduce it on PC, then talk to their user base who have the issues. The xboxes they use are probably brand new, clean installs with no other games, meaning that of course it won't be the same.

Issues like these leave me in highly doubt that the community's feedback really gets adressed properly if it's not a massive shoutout throughout the player base. This is really frustrating and unneccessary...

Aside of that I'm quite surprised that it even happens on the XSX. At least it makes the wait for an opportunity to buy one a bit easier...

So we finally get a Scottish route aaaaand it's more suburban EMU's. What is going on with the British routes? Why are they all basically the same?

Explained thoroughly in the roadmap stream. They can't fix it until other core updates are done (by the core team) so it's coming off the map to stop people thinking it's imminent, but should come back down the line as other things get fixed

Point me at either your ticket ID or tech report post and I'll make sure it's reflagged. We only remove a bug like this if we can't reproduce it. There is literally nothing we can do if a dozen people in QA with different configs, platforms and systems don't witness what you experience over multiple tests. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it does mean we can do nothing about it without more information.

Interesting, the Cathcart circle line has unspecified rolling stock, wonder what we’ll get with it. From what i see on this thread it looks like the class 314 is coming, which is essentially a class 313, which is already in production for ECW. Maybe we’ll get another loco? I don’t think we’ll get 3 locos since currently DTG likes to limit each route to 2 locos max.

He didn’t say it was only the 314, but it was only the 314 they could announce. Whether additional trains come with the route or an additional DLC is yet unknown.
