A Question About The West Somerset Railway

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to complete the timetable but am failing on the Bishop’s Lydeard run round tasks.
I cut off the coaches run through the station but after getting to the distant signal it doesn’t give me the road back onto the stock.
The contact the signaller option doesn’t seem to work from the cab.

Any ideas how I can rectify this problem...?

 

Are there any points you need to switch?

 

No the nearest points can only be controlled by the signal box.

 

you need to make sure you are past the signal that protects the yard and the line down to Norton. Pull the loco into the platform fully. Switch all points so they are set towards the stock. This should work. I have completed this services but it looks as if you can only get a bronze.

Thanks for the above but the last point in question is controlled by the signal box and so can’t be changed manually.

 

Ahhh. I see what your talking about. i will give it a go in a bit and tell you how it goes. What loco did you use?
