There have been many suggestions for Dutch routes already but this one is a new one. The line connects the university city of Utrecht with the harbor city of Rotterdam. Due to the rather small size of the Netherlands, all railway lines have a great variety in rolling stock. I'll suggest the route only as a passenger route but freight services are possible.

    Quick Facts:
    Length: 55,9km
    Max. Speed: 140km/h
    Signaling System: Dutch Light Signals
    Safety System: ATB EG

    Route:

The route connects two major urban areas with the famous Dutch landscape in between. Whilst not offering any significant driving challenges the route has a great diversity between station count, landscape, major junctions and open track.

    Stations:
    Distance | Station
    00,0km Utrecht Centraal
    03,1km Utrecht Leidsche Rijn
    04,8km Utrecht Terwijde
    06,8km Vleuten
    15,8km Woerden
    29,6km Gouda Goverwelle
    32,1km Gouda
    41,2km Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel
    43,8km Capelle Schollevaar
    45,9km Rotterdam Alexander
    50,9km Rotterdam Noord
    55,9km Rotterdam Centraal

    Rolling Stock:
    1600/1800

    VIRMm

    Optional Extras:
ICE 3M NPC train with NS livery:
The ICE services don't use this line but stop at Utrecht Centraal. Therefore this would only be an NPC train. But this is an opportunity to add the NS livery to the ICE 3M (only changes the DB logo with the NS logo).

Excellent Idea why not add in NS6400 diesel locomotives stools actually require a triple formation if they need to do heavy Goods Trains. One of those might be Rotterdam-Emmerich-Köln-Bonn-Dillengen Ore trains if Diverted to Rotterdam-Utrecht-Arnhem-Emmerich routing. Scenario for that should be Iron Earth Where You must actually operate NS6400s on an Ore Train Duty. This can go into German and Dutch Railways suggestions https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/map-of-german-and-dutch-suggestions.36497/.

Because there is so much passenger rolling stock, I left out any freight services. There are multiple class that would add on to the list if I would consider freight but this was enough already for my taste.

I'd leave the ICE out, since it only would appear near Utrecht.

    Yes, please!
I'd love to see my former home town of Gouda done in-game! :D
Also, starving for Dutch content in general

Not quiet right - it would need an update for the safety systems as the ingame 406 only has working PZB and LZB.

You mean the Dutch ATB train safety system added to the DB BR406 used on SKA

Since the ICE would only be a NPC train you wouldn't need to add ATB to it.
