I don't own this route yet and after watching what a pain it is to drive it makes it a tough to purchase plus as a single train route it offers nothing else to drive, making it overly limited. But that doesn't mean i don't like the train or the route,if i did buy it whats is this train like to drive on other routes with or without Electric overhead power,is it any easier to drive?

Because the cab looks more like it should be in a flight simulator game and not in a train sim game.

    Well it’s a train...DTG didn’t make up the cab.

It operates exactly the same as any other train, the only ‘complexity’ comes from the TVM, which is a simple enough follow the speed limit system, and the power switchover which consists of a couple of button presses.

In off the rails the set up is the same except you don’t need to do any power switchovers, but you still need to know the basic operation of using the MCB & power buttons, which is all is necessary on LGV Med anyway.
