It would be nice if the key for AWS could be remapped, e.g. to the "Page Down" key (same as PZB acknowledge). Preferably, it would be nice if we could re-map keys ourselves, but it sounds like that ain't happening, so I would like to make this proposal for this specific function (which only applies to PC users of course, since the key mapping is already very difficult for controllers). The same separation would of course also apply to Raildriver. While it is no major issue, it keeps annoying me that these are two separate systems (and buttons) on the train, but we acknowledge it by the same key. I would like the different systems to be operated by different keys as well, providing are more realistic and immersed experience
So, I am totally puzzled now. Apparently, you can change keys yourself. There is a specific key for AWS, and I could remap that myself to any other key. I neither recall that being possible in the past nor seeing that in any patch notes, but it seems like some stuff we can remap ourselves. That being said, this thread can be disregarded since it is resolved
However, the problem being British trains either use DSD reset or AWS reset to reset both DSD and AWS in game. The option is there but it’s not working as intended.
