Just wondering, How much Train Sim World do you play in a week? I play about 11-15 hours a week (1-2 hours a day).
I spend a lot more hours on TSW than I should. A few hours in the morning and then again in the evening. All this is unless something decent is on a bonus week on GTA Online. Even then I would probably spend 10+ hours a week playing TSW.
I'm an older British rail fan, so NTP, TVL mainly, but I tend to drive the class 33 on the west Somerset an awful lot as I've driven D6566 on that route for real (hence avatar pic) and its incredibly accurate....
According to my Xbox, I have a total playing time of 10 days, 16 hours and 21 minutes. I'm level 134 and I've been playing TSW2 since release day. With that I almost surpassed TSW 1. 12 days 1 hour and level 116 which I have also played since release.
Mostly British ones. I've been doing quite a bit on SEHS lately. I've done a fair bit on GWE with the class 166 and HST and am starting to work through the chapters now. I think I've spent a lot of time (if not the most time) on NTP (my nearest route) but that has been mostly me playing with the scenario planner and running the class 166.
Okay so, according to my Xbox, I have played 17 Days, 4 Hours and 55 Minutes of TSW2. 4044 Miles Driven. I'm only level 104 On TSW1/2020, I played 4d 7h 23m. 3199 Miles Driven. Level 75
1. Press the Xbox Button of the Controller 2. Go to the My Games 3. Go to TSW 2 4. Press Start and Go Offical Club 5 Go to Status (I hope that's easy to explain and things are called that way in English)
628 hours so far since launch - an average of about 21 hours a week - I may have a problem... Thats just over 26 days so far...
I'd say way too much. Usually I can play 2/3 hours in the morning and 2/3 hours in the evening, from time to time even more if I set out to create a livery for example, sadly due to Covid there is not too much going on in my life right now. Since SE HS, I played a bit more than usual, doing either 2 395 service or 2 pairs of Rainham/Gravesend services with the Class 465, now that the novelty has started to wore off a little I came back to my more standard 2/3 hours per day. Total hours about the same as Guitar Man
Depends. With CRR released - 169h Normally +/- 1 service per day STEAM total (TSW2020 included) ~ 800h
About one service or scenario most days. But then I do other railroad related activities too, such as reading and watching trains go by. The other day I counted 187 rail cars behind 3 UP locos. I'm pretty sure one was an AC6000CW.
I play 6hrs a day Monday - Saturday,,i use to play 3x more but because of recent and current complication's of kidney stones .Lol,
Im only level 204 in tsw 2 ,,and 706 for tsw.I slowed down for health reasons but ,i still play alot, its My favorite lol
Just checked Steam and it says 68 hours over the past two weeks so roughly 34 hours per week, sounds about right. I usually work 6am until 2pm weekdays, go for a walk anywhere between 3 - 5 miles depending on what mood I'm in and then come home and dive into TSW2 for for a couple of hours. On weekends, I do my walks first thing and then spend most of the day playing away with a few breaks to prevent my eyes from going too square! This is all due to the pandemic. When life starts to return to some form of normality, my weekly playtime will probably go down to about 16 - 20 hours per week, maybe less than that. I don't see it as a bad thing anyway. As long as you're meeting your personal and professional commitments and looking after yourself, what you do with "free time" is your choice. Just make sure you enjoy it!
I asked Sam if he could put together an article or stream on the TSW player stats and he said he is working on it. I expect it will include this very type of question and a whole lot more
It varies but ATM probably 6 to 10 hours, albeit some of that is "empty" time trying to get the locos on SPG to MU up properly (we need fast travel back to the front of the train) or trying to figure out why the 1972 Bakerloo stock won't power (again).
Probably around 15 hours each week on average. And according to my iPad I spend longer than that on the forum. Oops.
My "schedule" varies a lot day to day, but usually I spend about 30mins -2 hours in TSW2 every day. After all, who needs to socialize, study and work hard when you have the luxury to drive an AC4400 in the bakerloo line?
For me it is easier to say which routes I am not playing. Sand Patch Grade, West Sommerset Railroad and Bakerloo Line are the routes that I hardly touch. I haven't played Long Island Railroad since TSW2, so I'm looking forward to the repair fix. But according to the statistics in the game, the route that I have played the most is Schnellfahrtstrecke Köln-Aachen.
