....which means for PC too, since right now the policy is "If console users can't have 'em, nobody can." Really bloody simple, actually: include a manual in .pdf form as part of the download, and add a link to it in the main menu. Why is this so easy? Because both PS2 and XBox have included web browsers which display PDFs, by default. That's all there is to it. Nothing fancy or difficult.
That’s not the reason they don’t have manuals, there’s a page for manuals on the website. The reason they have no manuals is that they don’t have anyone who can write them.
I seem to recall Matt saying that the person usually writing manuals was otherwise occupied or not coming in for work in some preview stream many months ago and that that is why there are no manuals currently. Although I believe the latest routes had one, didn‘t they? Be that as it may, console parity is not the reason for the ever elusive manuals.
