Would it be possible to add a silverlink or BR livery to the upcoming 313, and add it to timetable mode running between the outer platforms at Queens park and Harrow and Wealdstone. I think this would add alot of interest to the route

As much as I would love overground traffic on Bakerloo there are some barriers that make using the currently in development Southern 313 unlikely. This is ignoring the fact that the Overground stopped using the class 313 in 2010 (because the Bakerloo Line hasn't changed all that much that it wouldn't be unreasonable to still have it).

The 313 on the Overground/Silverlink is 313/1, and Southern is 313/2 so they have different functionality and equipment (Sanding, OHLE equipment, electrics, interior PIS, and more).
Another problem with this is that the Southern 313 and Overground 313 have totally different interiors. So it is far from a job where all you need to do it whack a new paint job on the exterior and call it a day.

There is obsoletely nothing stopping anyone from making an Overground/Silverlink/BR repaint using the livery editor and using that with the scenario editor to make some very cool and realistic scenarios yourself though!

I know it would not be a perfect match, with the different interior, and lack of pantagraph, but I still think it would add intrest to the route

The above ground rails on Bakerloo are scenery only, you can't run anything on them. If you look at your map they won't show.

For AI only this would add variety to the bakerloo line.

If dtg is not adding a service because we dont have the train it makes sense.
But in the case of the 313, just the pantograph is missing, so for not needing to create a new interior they should add at least ai traffic to the london overground section.

the outer 2 platforms at queens park I believe at present are undrivable, would it be alot of work to add these?

For a short while when there was a shortage of 313s I belive some 508s were used on the watford DC lines, so the lack of pantograph would not be too unrealistic

The 313s ran on the same tracks as the bakerloo between queens park and harrow and wealdstone
