Got this Thumper off the AP sale. Good thing to drive, but these brakes are... far from ideal. Would not want to find myself driving this one and receive a warning of a train on the same track.
1) A Union Pacific DD35A takes a string of empty hoppers to Bailey Mine 2) A local train pulled by a GP40PH-2B exits a tunnel in the suburbs, climbing towards Colfax 3) A Network Southeast Class 455 on its way adorned by lines of fir towards Faversham 4) A CN / IC SD40-2 and a GP9 helper bring a rake of hoppers from Castle Rock to Monument
Driving on the upgraded Munich - Rosenheim route by Asimia, lots of new vegetation added, thistles on the lofts, repainted OHLE masts, and other enhancements. Cheerz. Steve.
Just picked up this GWR 4300 kettle and the milk train rake for just over £5 in the Digital Traction sale that ends Tuesday April 6th Amazing quality products. http://digitaltraction.co.uk/mainsite/
Cheers for the link, BR 4MT Tank Loco and rake of Bulleid coaches from Digital Traction £4.99 for the lot, bargain methinks.
It's on this German website here freely available, there are a couple of other route upgrades as well to choose from mainly DTG and RSSLO payware routes that you obviously need first - https://railomanie.eu/filebase/index.php?entry/295-münchen-rosenheim-v2-2018/ There are Easter sales on still, so, if you don't have the original routes you can get them at a discount currently...... Cheerz. Steve.
For certain it will include the extension from Hartlepool to Sunderland along with some new industry on Teesside. Haven't got a final changelog on what V3 will contain as yet.
A freeware rural German route set in 1990 by STWS, ideal for your ''Ludmillas'' and BR218s. I had a little drive with the BR628 DMU. Cheerz. Steve.
Another German freeware route is Rannstadt to Nachteburg from rail-sim.de, this is quite a modern route, with lots of variety for different train consists.. Cheerz. Steve.
Steve, those are amazing. 1) Class 455 in SWT red livery among the lush forests of the Portsmouth Direct Line 2) NJT GP40PH-2B with its usual Comets travels across waking rural nature 3) UP GP35 with a string of hoppers having just crossed Dover on its way further south 4) A typical Colton & Northern scene 5) BR Green Class 37 bound for Newcastle, shortly after Durham (TS did come a long way, didn't it)
Looks absolutely fab! I live just along from South Bank in Redcar. Is the new version of your route going to come that far, steelworks and all?
You have to admit AP did a pretty good job with the Class 37 These shots were taken from an OTS scenario (2R09 19:59 Lowestoft-Norwich) https://www.ontracksimulation.com/1980s-scenarios.html
Thank you very much. Here are a few screenies from one of the RSSLO payware layouts from Austria, the Salzburg - Wels route.
Yes, only a little part of the steelworks will be included, at least initially. As you will know from the area, starting to lay track into some of these places is like opening Pandora's Box. Was just about to post these when I saw you had replied, a little trip out on the 37......
Some serious moonlight near midnight at the Horseshoe Curve. Curiously, the trains are black hole material and don't reflect any of it.
1) A Freightliner Class 57 with an intermodal from Bristol towards Exeter 2) A short Royal Train with a Diamond Jubilee on its way from Bristol to Exeter 3) A GWR 57xx pulls its short local train on its way from Falmouth to Truro 4) A standard UP GP/DD35 quartet pulls a manifest through the woods (Eldon to Golden) 5) A (NJT) GP40PH-2B takes a medium-distance passenger train through peaceful nature (Revelstoke to Golden)

A somehow heterogeneous train with Swiss, German and Austrian coaches with Austrian power in the Three Coutry Corner route. The Empire Builder through the Hi-line, crossing with a leading ex BN SD70MAC (TRS repaint). P42DC was enhanced by TRS also.

This Unofficial Screenshot Contest is expanding my Railworks folder to exploding point. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/unofficial-3rd-party-screenshot-comp-week-9.39595/ I keep having to download re-skins and the like to make up my screenshots. Am Loving it Caledonian Sleeper reskins for Class 92 & AP Mk3 coaches from ATS https://alanthomsonsim.com/downloads/class-92-caledonian-sleeper/ https://alanthomsonsim.com/?download=caledonian-sleeper-mk3-slep-pack
I really look forward to your weekly upload to this thread, you have such a varied taste in countries, locos, locations etc. Never know what to expect when you post which is great. With many on these forums you know before you click you are going to see an almost identical US loco with a different logo or colour scheme and that is it. There is nothing wrong with that but like yourself I have a very ecclectic taste in everything railwise and like to explore further than my own locality. Keep it up Cheers
