In the Tuesday patch just before Diesel Legends was released on the Thursday, the Class 08, 52 and 101 appeared in the Advanced Controls menu to configure RailDriver... In Today's Tuesday patch I was hoping to see the Clinchfield locos appear but they have not... Now this could be because they're genuinely new so don't show up because I don't have them at all (where as I did have the 08, 52 and 101 in DLC I owned) which is what I'm hoping or it means that Clinchfield may not support Raildriver? Do we have a definitive answer TrainSim-Matt ? Paul
I Imagine it'll be ebcause you don't have Clinchfield installed on your system (because it's not out). I only have preserved routes installed on my TSW2 and it's only showing the locos in the base game for me. Did the preserved Class 52, TVL 101 and 08 get raildriver support when DLGW launched?
well I bought my raildriver to use it on CRR... the only problem I can see is the dynamic brake switchover, not sure how they would do that.
I would suggest ignoring that its two levers on the F7 and using the dynamic side of the throttle like usual. Paul
Thanks DTG Natster that is what was said about Arosa too, but it isn't supported. Could you please confirm and let us know? Paul
TrainSim-Matt if raildriver is working can you use the raildriver for the stream on thursday for clinchfield? thankyou
Probably more Nat hasn't had absolute 100% concrete confirmation but people are saying yes it does, and is based on every other DTG release since RD came out. Also support is still in beta so it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect it to be problematic.
Just checked in with the awesome loco setup team to ask them. F7 and SD40 are supported, the transition lever is controlled with the jog up and down. Matt.
I had already pre-ordered as I am really excited about the route. I'm even more excited now that I can use my Raildriver with it!
Now that is some good news for Raildriver owners! Preordered it instantly! Keep up the good work and don't forget to RD support all the beautiful locomotives
Yay thanks TrainSim-Matt looking forward to it even more now. DTG Natster feel free to edit the title to "confirmed yes" if you would like to - I tried, but I can only edit my first post content not the thread title.
