I have no idea what they’re called, but I’d like to know how to add something similar to this in your messages (look at the place where it says “My Suggestions:” i want to add something similar to that):

You can also use the linking button in the bar above where you write text. First select the text which you want to add the hyperlink to, then click the button and paste the URL. You can insert the link this way. See the image below.
