DTG said that the sales of said extensions are limited, so justfying development cost against return means it is less financially viable to make "DLC for DLC" as only a proportion of people buy the main DLC, and only a proportion of that proportion would then buy the extension
I see, that's a shame, i really enjoyed the tgv extension and german high speed extension and that one freight focused one for germany... I forgot the name
It would be cool to have a Railroad network of sorts in tsw2. Apart from Germany which has Deutsche Bahn network to an extent, most other routes are just one line with one railroad company and you won't see a line from a railroad company such as the MTA Long Island Railroad, Southern or Great Western Railway again.
I would imagine so. From my own perspective I only drive UK routes, so I don't buy German routes or US routes, so the only time I would buy those routes would be if they came in a bundle. So I'm not going to buy German extension routes because... well they're not in the UK But what if I was into UK long haul freight, and they brought out the Cornish branch lines. Very little freight (and no freight locos) means I wouldn't buy that route or those locos...
I voted yes if a route sells pretty good why not go back to it and extend it. HRR and HMA were well received why not go back to them and extend those routes. If SEHS sells well why not extend it to Ashford International. They've did it on TS1 why not TSW2 instead of copying and paste reusable stock.
