Don't have but DTG said they could only say that atleast Class 314 is coming but there will atleast be one more
Is this line just a passenger only line?Because i thought i read somewhere that freight may have also used this line in the past. Some kind of freight service would definitely give this line a interesting twist.
Apparently the 314 runs 80% of the trains on the route. So I'm thinking only the one. The 320 is only used on the Circle lines and only during rush hours.
So far nobody knows. Expect just the one train for now until you hear otherwise. A second train if they do one might only be a loco DLC, you never know.
Yep, they mostly do a loco dlc for a route. I can imagine it being a 334 or a 318, as they were operated during peak times
I want a class 303 in Strathclyde PTE livery but I suggest that is unlikely! The 314 will do as it is in my eyes marginally more interesting than a modern "point and shoot" EMU and is a British Rail product. The best solution would be to have a modern EMU alongside it and then most people will be happy. I suspect if there is another unit it will come as DLC later. The class 101 hasn't made an appearance recently so maybe one of those will be shipped with the route.
Before 2015, anyway, because it's (First) ScotRail not (Abellio) ScotRail. DTG apparently have a licensing relationship with First Group (GWR), but not Abellio.
I don't think they did, they only mentioned Cathcart Circle in passing. They still haven't confirmed, as far as I know if the two branches off it are included. I hope so as it will be a fairly paltry piece of DLC without them!
Well it's release is closer then was expected and theres no sign of a 2nd train looks like it will be another $30 1 train wonder. With all of us wondering how this routes worth $30 with only one train.
Better than $30 with no completely new train. (Hamburg-Lübeck...) No worries however because the 314 will be quickly reused with the 313 DLC coming shortly after or before Cathcart.
For some reason i can't quite explain the br class 313 for east coastway is slightly more tempting to me and not because of the price.Maybe it because it's livery goes along nicely with the br class 377/4 perhaps.
I won't say who it was but someone had the nerves to suggest that the br class 101 could make a good 2nd option along with the br class 314,They have to jesting about this right the recycling of trains is already bad enough but to drag that old dinosaur back out to ruin another promising route would be insulting and truley lazy at this point.Any 2nd train should be new not something recycled for the 5th time.
If set in 2011 the DLC train is a Class 380 because those entered service from December 8th 2010 onwards.
pretty sure the achievements leaked on PC and there was only class 314 ones listed and route specific ones
Ok then so how about class 320 & 334 those are in service in 2011 on Cathcart Circle. The reason to why I added December 8th 2010 it's because of Scotrail introducing class 380 EMU.
If you dig deeper into ITV Scotland or any newspapers around Glasgow and Edinburgh those must say this date 8 December 2010 that was when Class 380 entered service on scotrail.
Sure but were they running them on Cathcart? Scotrail also says In 2014 Class 314s primarily operated the Circle (including Newton, Neilston services). During peak hours Class 380s are also used on the Circle route only. So they were but only peak times and only the circle lines. So 80% of trains used were the 314. Trust me you didn't see them much on this route maybe 1 out of 5 on the circle line from 6-9 and 3-6. And then not a one.
If you listen to us you will realise that isn't when they were actually entering service on the Circle. That was 2014.
Can you smell what The Rock is Cockin It doesn’t matter they can include the 380 and 385 Both when they have licenses
