So one of the hot features of the PS5 controller is that the L2 and R2 triggers can tighten up to add immersion such as making the pulling of the trigger feel heavier on a gun or pulling a lever.

My suggestion for DTG is to add this feature to TSW 2 for the PS5 version where pulling the throttle or brake lever will feel more immersive as the triggers have more resistance like you're actually pulling the lever.

is that the haptic feedback you're mentioning?
I finally experienced it a few days ago playing Wreckfest on PS5. I could really feel the brakes locking up through the triggers.
I love that the triggers stiffen up.

    And yes, it's a PS5 exclusive.

Indeed Xbox missed a trick leaving the pads same as last gen.

I got all excited last week on a thread by matjamca’s controller suggestions… giving is more options to control the loco, I went all kid in a sweet shop about adding the trigger usage in to the game subtlety. Along with haptics over the tracks and light usage of the rumble during wheel slip so it’s not overkill. Let’s hope one day DTG may add these features in. It’ll be a way off with rush hour and the unreal engine update but still we can hope

Nick Y wreckfest is ok but launch Astro Bot to see what the PS5 pad is really capable of. Even if the game has zero appeal just try it (it’s free)
