One of Train Simulator's features yet to make its way towards TSW. The consist Editor allowed players to create whatever wacky train they wish. So, I propose bringing that over. Below is a little concept 'art', similar to my route linking suggestion. After Clicking on a route, you get the same screen as usual. After Clicking on Tools, you get the usual 2 options, plus the Consist Editor. Now you have the consist Editor.
