The only way you're going to be able to play Train Sim World on your phone is by mirroring your console or PC and streaming the game to your device. If you're thinking of downloading it off an app store and running it natively on your device...well then...we are a long...looooooooong way off from that ever happening
Personally I don´t think tsw should be available on a mobile device on the app store. It just isn´t optimized for those systems
