Unfortunately from my experience only 2 custom livery at the time spawn, so you either get lucky and get an EWS + 2 liveries or if the stantard EWS is also replace by your livery you'll get a duplicate
Here is the latest addition to my Network SouthEast fleet......Class 08 - Eagle. Does anyone know what is under the word “Eagle”....it’s four letters and they look like “CORC” or “CORG” This is the pristine version....will post weathered one later.
So since I already had 66793 in Railfreight Grey, I decided to add recently named and Railfreight grey liveried 66794 "Steve Hannam" in on the act as well. They are seen at Acton prior to starting their duties for the day. Regards Hentis
Need to redo the name plate and put Railfreight Petroleum on it instead of construction materials. The petroleum sticker was added after the photoshoot / presentation was done at Eastleigh Arlington.
Here’s my weathered Network SouthEast Class 08 “Eagle”. Any input is welcome, if I have missed something.
Lighter one: 180/29/67 Darker one: 173/48/53 Red: 4/65/81 I used this wikipedia page, thanks solicitr for posting it
It’s June and it’s Pride month, so I thought I would do some pride trains. This is a class 465, but based on the Thames Link Class 700 Pride train.
Today there is another paint job of the German state railways. The Vogtlandbahn runs between the federal state of Saxony and northern Bavaria with the crossing to the Czech Republic in the Egern area.
Get all these repaints and scenarios here, if you want to travel through time to east Germany in the 80s: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...epaints-look-at-first-post.40781/#post-322411
another private railway company on the German route. The Abellio Mitteldeutschland sails in the federal states of Hesse, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, Lower Saxony and western Saxony. I decided to make a few Detroit Western SD40, a fictional railroad with a paint scheme based off of the Delaware and Hudson. 4090 and 4079 have the original phase 1 scheme, although 4090 has the safety stripes added on the handrails and anti-climber, and 4109 sports the later phase 2 scheme.
WOW! That’s amazing, I was wondering how you got the weathering so good as I hate my ‘pristine and shiny’ class 66s
Thanks for those kind words To get the faded paint, I overlaid with a layer of white and adjusted the transparency until it gave me the look I wanted. I also used some of the funky shapes at the bottom of the shapes list, adjusting their shape size and transparency to get different looks. For the rust lines, I used 2 gradient squares that were put back to back then elongated to make a gradient line. A lot of the weathering was trial and error. Good luck and post some pics when you are done.
Finally got around to finishing my autorack pack..... I had already done the UP yellow and BNSF maroon versions a few months ago but they have today been joined by the BNSF orange, CN black, GT blue, KC&S yellow, KC&S white and TTX yellow versions. Bearing in mind the limitations of the autorack car and not being able to place the railroad logos in the correct place a lot of the time i'm happy with how they turned out and seeing an autorack train on SPG with anything up to four or five different liveries in it really adds to the immersion IMHO. All now available over on TSC. Firstly here's the BNSF orange and CN versions.....
Just for a giant thing I'm working on when I'm done with it. I will show the images but right now. I'm not even there yet. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kKLhGdYSceDEMLhMrontHDuST5rUXZ4yYDG5JzQEir8/edit?usp=drivesdk
