As a person who use scenario designer, I say we should have a consist editor. Reason why we should have a consist editor because, we can make our own train cars. Also, we should have a forward/backward button for locomotives so all of the trains won't be forward.
I believe they are suggesting something similar to what is TS. There are buttons you use to place the cars/locos facing forwards or backwards
