Did you try to purchase an item, Peter? I'm Canadian and can buy at $5.99 USD the Canadian Pacific SD60. Add to the cart, then the cart will show the discount.
DTG sale is now over. Next sale on steam a fortnight tomorrow June 24th running until July 8th, possibly followed, like last year, another DTG sale. I also expect an AP sale sometime early August.
Anyone know when the JT sales usually hit? A few things I want from there and some of them I've seen on sale before too so hopefully will be again, they are one of the more frustrating 3rd party sellers when it comes to sales though..
If I recall correctly JT didn’t have a summer sale last year and had only a five product sale at the end of October. JT never put in a sale many products, they make offers relating to their Tuesday streams and keep the discount available until the end of the week. They occasionally reduce, Midland Main Line, Western Mainlines and Metropolitan Line. They only include routes that they design only
It's WML expansion pack I'm mostly interested in, kicked myself for missing it last time, I will start getting the MML stuff too.
I thought you meant on the Travel By Train site, as I think IronBladder and others similarly thought. Of course BNSF on Steam doesn't work even for Canadians. But on TBT, you can get them. Heck, I wish the SD45-2 was on there. They had a ChrisTrains sale around Christmas. Everything was half price. Romantic Railroads is on permasale status.
The cheapest item seems to be the NSE Class 47 + Mk2 stock for 59p https://store.dovetailgames.com/uk/product/263635/network-southeast-class-47-loco-add-on
For those who have been going off topic please stick to what has been outlined at the start of the thread.
One of the routes on my wish list is now at 25% discount - Dresden - Riesa but DTG deliberately made is short so they could also make an identical version for TSW2 - 55 km (34-mile) route from Dresden Hbf to Riesa Hbf via Coswig Compared with Hamburg to Hanover - 153km (95 mile) route from Hamburg to Hanover So I might give it a miss - as it might be in the TS2022 version
That eliminates any new products. Same item on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/24075/Train_Simulator_Network_Southeast_Class_47_Loco_AddOn/ But the sale is not on Steam at this time.
https://travelbytrain.ecwid.com/ relates to the above posts Remember a week tomorrow is Steams big summer sale. It’s the years big one with massive discounts some up to 90%
Looks like there is a sale on Steam right now. I just got an email telling me the Pacer was reduced! Seems like it ends on 23rd June.
Yes I had a mailing too. “Fun in the “Sun”, on for a week, but only about 40 items for sale. A pre runner to the BIG sale on for 2 weeks from 24th
It is too small. Call it the Summer Pre-Sale with 50% off on Croton-Harmon and 45% off on some German route starting with an I. Oh, and TSW2020 Deluxe 60% off for those bankrolling the routes for a future TSW2.
Same with North London Line add on. Your image above shows it as £5.24 and the actual page shows it as £14.99. I have also noticed through Steam that a lot of routes are showing as released in 1970 for some reason. Edit: When i go into the list like yours, it now seems to show correct prices so it must have been updated.
RSSLO are having a 30% off everything sale until 30th June. It seems to include recent releases. https://www.rsslo.com/
I'm planning on scoring every remaining Steamie and their respective routes (on my wishlist) if the discounts are good enough.
Steams “Fun in the Sun” sale has concluded and as reported a fortnight ago a bumper summer sale beings at 6pm tomorrow. Open your wallets and splash your cash on some bargain. All steam games including TSW2 and TS. Less than 26 hours time. Don’t forget Steam Sounds Supreme have 30% off their products until the 29th.
Let's hope the routes I need to complete various "freeware" routes are on sale and at a decent reduction.
I picked up a bunch of Steamies. Thought I could get everything on my list, but I'm a few hundred bucks short. No matter, got about half of the total Steamies and routes I had listed.
I am considering purchasing the Dresden-Riesa route, as it looks really good (and its on sale). But is it likely that it will be the route included in TS 2022? (Thus making it better to wait?)
It might be and it might not. I want it but I can wait for TS2022 and if its not included I will get the route in the next sale I'm not that desperate for it now - I have other stuff to run Peter
Only thing I have in my wishlist right now is the Trainload BR Class 60, I have the JT Class 60 already I have heard that this new one is better but I still can't decide whether it's another £9:49 better, tbf I haven't driven the JT one yet as I keep getting seduced by the 37's, 47's, 56's and 66's whenever I'm doing freight scenarios.
This new one got slated when it came out for the wrong sounds and physics. Find a video review before spending your money
Make up your mind quickly if your thinking of spending some cash in the latest Steam sale as it ends next Thursday and there won’t be another for nearly four months until Halloween.
There will be another sale for the annual packages before they go away in September. I also saw one last July.
