Recently made a suggestion video for the Northeast Corridor to come back to TSW 2. This time, with another commuter Railroad with it. This route was originally made in TS14. Tell me how it sounds.

This is for all of you that want to see the return of Amtrak & for those who like the MTA.

I know it's a rather long route, but I think we deserve to see the full line on this one.

They could do a remake of the Hudson line metro north up to croton Harmon from grand central station.

That would be cool, but it deserves it's own suggestion. Also, this one includes Amtrak High-Speed Acela services through Connecticut.

Yes I hope that the high speed Acela is coming next on the road map.

I honestly doubt it will. But I'd love to be wrong in this moment...

Harlem line would make more sense. Bit less ambitious and easier to nail. GCT-Southeast is also a complete route rather then GCT-Stamford which is not. Southeast is 51 miles. Service patterns along Harlem also have some nice variety and no need to worry about Amtrak too

Ideally I'd love to see the New Haven Line done at least out to Stamford, especially considering the ACS-64 will be available with Rush Hour. The M8 would probably be an all-new design in addition to having to work out the 3rd rail-pantograph power sourcing for the dual mode models.

The Hudson line probably makes more sense to do, its much more scenic and its electric rolling stock can largely be carried over from the LIRR models, with the exception of the P32s running for Amtrak and MNRR.

Either way, once Rush Hour is out maybe either route would be on the drawing board.

Especially when both lines have freight activity. And the Hudson Line is right across the river from CSX's River Line.

I hope they’ll do the Hudson line for metro north on train sim world 2 for rush hour it would definitely be awesome to have freight service and Amtrak service on that particular line and metro north service.

Excellent Idea and Furthermore if you choose the Amtrak train that has the final destination of Boston South Station at New Haven the screen should say do you wish to continue to Boston yes or no? Yes option loads boston-providence for you by using the regional arrival at Providence Station. No option Gives you continue Journey return to free roam and return to main menu. Gameplay-wise this is the American version of Southeast high speed if you are playing the Metro-North M8 voltage Change 750v DC Third rail Bottom Contact to 12.5kv 60 hz upgraded from 11kv 25hz in 1985. Amtrak Trains on this route are on 12.5kv 25hz NY Penn to Sunnyside Yards then the 1980s 12.5kv 60hz Sunnyside Yards to New Haven Union Station voltage.

Definitely, especially if you time it in 1999, you have the FL9s, P42s and P32ACs and CSX traffic to work with.

CSX Traffic is home to this route or layered from Sand Patch Grade.

Even my Suggestion Raritan Valley Line gets SPG freight locomotives on the section Aldene Connection to Hunter interlocking. For NEC New Haven NY Penn/Grand Central Terminal it's Providence and Worcester Freight.

Oh definitely. Even the NS Harrisburg/Lehigh and Reading Lines get freight from Roselle to Bound Brook.
