Skyhook Games And The Cane Creek Branch Line, Slow And Steady?

Cane Creek is now listed on the Steam store page but no release date is listed yet!!

 

I have added it to my wish list, with a preview stream tomorrow it is possible for a July 8th release. Fingers crossed.

 

Then again, looks like skyhook may did some right fixes to the AC44 since the articles (more or less of course):

But, best to wait until the preview stream tomorrow to see how it does in-game.

 

The water in one of the screen shots looks nice, it'll be nice to have some reflections I'm still in two minds about this one and am looking forward to the stream to help decide. I'm not a major fan of the USA big train from nowhere to nowhere route at 25mph - I want things to do. If it looks great and has great scenarios I'll probably get it. I have to drive on a real railway tomorrow and my shift starts at 6.30am local time which means I will be on the road during the stream. I will have to watch on playback - maybe I'll catch the first part while I get ready at home if I'm lucky.
