We are getting a release date today https://store.steampowered.com/app/...ld_2_Cane_Creek_Thompson__Potash_Route_AddOn/
Likely will see a released date during tomorrows stream and the pre-orders probably starting tomorrow.
geez people moaning about something taking too long to come out. If they were to release it with problems as they wanted to release it as soon as possible you will then say they should have taken more time
Patience people. Just think 5-6 years ago you would have been lucky to get more than 1 route per year. What is this the 6th route so far this year? We should be grateful.
Ok so had this released, say, yesterday and those issues still been in place this thread would have most likely been (Title) Cane Creek has far too many issues shouldn't have came out (Post) With the time Cane Creek was made surely they should have sorted this - why not delay release See the point here?
Im just glad that changes are being made since its been delayed, and that's perfectly acceptable by me.
Since dtg has now gotten into the habit of taking already in game locos and adding them to new routes,do you think that the (PC)UP GP38-2 might get added to the engine line up,even if it's not a regular route loco it still a UP loco so it could be usefull and at the very least make a great shunting or yard loco.
Me personally I won't be getting this because U.S. freight doesn't interest me much but I might get it in a sale down the line because of the route building itself. However the last 2 route releases have followed a stream pattern of Preview - Preview - Release. Considering the last preview was cancelled there is a chance this could release on this upcoming Thursday, after all, it wouldn't make much sense to keep it 'Upcoming' on the last roadmap then make it 'Next Release' for 2 days on Rushmap. As it's next release it will probably be out sooner than later.
Nobody will forget about it, and this kind of comments is why the roadmap has significantly reduced it's scope for next releases. Stuff is released when it's ready, not when someone wants it. Did you wonder why Cantchart released so quickly? Because it was put on the roadmap when it was almost ready to be tested and shipped...
Exactly ever since that last time we didn't get a Roadmap I think the beginning of April? I thought they said that stuff was put up too early and going forward they would like to add it when its no more than 8 weeks out. But people keep bringing up the stuff that is listed before they made this change to the Roadmap and already have apologized for being such eager beavers a number of times. How many more times do they have to apologize? It's like the Xbox sales threads that keep popping up. They have already apologized and told us why it is what it is. But people just like to beat a dead horse.[/QUOTE]
